International, Hawaii, and Alaska orders: All orders outside the continental U.S., Hawaii and Alaska the shipping amounts will be processed on an individual basis. Christmas Orders: We recommend that you place Christmas orders at least 10 business days before December 25 to assure delivery of instock items.
